Scallion and Vegetable Meal Buns
1.
Chop the appropriate amount of vegetables, and squeeze out the juice to weigh out 50 grams. I use rape, but I can also use spinach. You can use water if it is not easy to produce juice, and add finely chopped vegetables.
2.
Beat two large eggs, set aside a little for brushing and mix with green onion leaves. Add the egg mixture to the vegetable juice and mix well.
3.
Add high powder, sugar and yeast to the bread machine.
4.
Then add the egg mixture, vegetable juice, and de-juiced vegetable residue for 10 minutes, and add the chopped ham for 10 minutes.
5.
Add butter and salt to beat for ten minutes.
6.
Ferment in a warm place to 2 times the size.
7.
Take out the exhaust gas and divide it into 4 pieces, roll round and let stand for 15 minutes.
8.
Take a piece of dough and press it flat, and pack a little stuffing such as shredded cheese and ham.
9.
With a knife on the surface, let it ferment in a warm place to double its size. Take out the egg wash, cut an appropriate amount of green onion leaves and the remaining egg wash, mix well and pour on the bread.
10.
Put it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake for 20 minutes.
