Quiche is a very common home-cooked dish in France. Everyone cooks it differently. Usually, I rarely cook this dish in the summer when the heat is too high and the weather is hot. It is served with seasonal green onions in winter. The heat is very warm. "

Scallion Bacon Custard Pie

1. Prepare raw materials.

2. Cut scallions into small pieces, wash and drain.

3. Stir-fry the fresh meat and green onions to dry as much as possible, then add salt and pepper, mix well and set aside.

4. Mix the milk and eggs well and set aside.

5. Spread the pie crust in the baking tray and poke a small hole in the crust with a fork.

6. Spread the fried fillings evenly.

7. Pour the custard.

8. Spread cheese slices on top.

9. Put it in the oven at 225°C for 40 minutes and it will be ready to cook.

Tips:

Poke a few times on the pie crust to let the crust air out and heat evenly, because the amount of bacon salt can be adjusted according to personal taste.
