Scallion Cheese Bread

Put the bread materials except butter in the bread bucket in the order of liquid first, then solid, select the sweet bread function, and the bread maker will start mixing. After about 15 minutes, add softened butter and restart the sweet bread program to knead to the extended stage and start fermentation

After taking out the dough and ventilating, divide the dough into 8 evenly. After rounding, cover with plastic wrap and relax for 15 minutes

Take a dough, press it flat, and roll it into an oval shape

Roll up sideways and slightly compress and reshape

Prepare and put into the baking tray for the second fermentation

Fermented, brush the egg mixture and sprinkle with sesame

Cheese sliced into thin strips

Sprinkle the chopped green onions and spread the cheese sticks evenly

Bake at 180 degrees in the middle of the preheated oven, about 18 minutes
