Scallion Chicken Drumsticks

Main ingredients: chicken legs, chives, ginger, pepper

Part of the chives are knotted and partly minced, and the ginger is cut into large slices.

Put chicken legs in a pot under cold water, add green onion knots, ginger slices, peppercorns, and 1 teaspoon of cooking wine. Bring to a boil. Turn to medium-low heat.

Simmer on medium and low heat for about 10 minutes, turn off the heat, do not remove the lid, and then simmer for about 10 minutes

Take out the simmered chicken drumsticks and tear them into small pieces

Add steamed fish soy sauce

Add chopped green onions

Put 2 teaspoons of edible oil and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil in it, add peppercorns and fry until fragrant.

After frying it, remove the peppercorns, and pour hot oil on the chopped green onions to stimulate the aroma.

Mix well when eating.
Tips:
When frying Chinese pepper, keep the fire low and fry it to get the flavor. Don't fry the peppercorns.
