With alcohol, shellfish ingredients are on the market in large quantities. The original method is the best interpretation of seafood. After it is steamed, it is topped with hot oil, and the scallion fragrant mixed with the savory flavor of seafood makes it really delicious.

Ingredients

Scallion Clam

1. The clams were soaked in light salt water for half a day in advance

2. Cut chives into small pieces (the amount can be more)

3. Arrange the clams in a deep dish, try not to overlap

4. Put it in the microwave on high heat for about 2 minutes

5. The flower clam just opened its mouth in 2 minutes

6. Take out and drizzle with steamed fish soy sauce

7. Sprinkle an appropriate amount of chives

8. Prepare a portion of rapeseed oil (or other salad oils are fine)

9. Continue to put it in the microwave on high heat for about 90 seconds

10. Just pour it on the clams while it's hot

Tips:

The last hot oil is the essence, which can very well inspire the fresh and delicious clams of seafood. The size of the clams is different, so the time should be increased or decreased as appropriate. Mine is a larger one.
This recipe uses Midea's smart microwave oven, model X3-L239C, capacity 23L, power 900W, please adjust the heating time appropriately according to the power and temperature difference of your own microwave oven.
