New onion, not so spicy, dipped in soy sauce, salty and fresh with the sweetness and crispness of new onion, delicious and served with rice. "

Scallion Dipping Sauce

1. Peel the fresh green onions and choose only the white ones.

2. Cut a long section (the length is arbitrary).

3. Lay out.

4. Cut green and red peppers into circles.

5. Heat a proper amount of oil in the pot, and stir-fry the chopped green onion to create a fragrance.

6. Add green and red peppers and stir fry twice.

7. Pour in an appropriate amount of Haitian Soybean Paste.

8. Stir fry a few times and turn off the fire.

9. I usually put it in a small bowl, but I changed a small teacup for the photo effect😅

10. Finished product.

Tips:

My taste is light. Haitian bean paste is a bit salty. Add green peppers and stir-fry them together. Firstly, they are not so salty. Secondly, they increase the umami flavor of the green peppers and serve more.
