Scallion Dipping Sauce

Peel the fresh green onions and choose only the white ones.

Cut a long section (the length is arbitrary).

Lay out.

Cut green and red peppers into circles.

Heat a proper amount of oil in the pot, and stir-fry the chopped green onion to create a fragrance.

Add green and red peppers and stir fry twice.

Pour in an appropriate amount of Haitian Soybean Paste.

Stir fry a few times and turn off the fire.

Tips:
My taste is light. Haitian bean paste is a bit salty. Add green peppers and stir-fry them together. Firstly, they are not so salty. Secondly, they increase the umami flavor of the green peppers and serve more.
