Scallion Egg Waffles

When the ingredients are ready, beat the eggs first, put in the prepared flour, and stir together.

Stir the water while stirring. After stirring, add the shallots or chopped green onions. Since I did not buy the chopped green onions, I used the shallots instead, and stirred with salt.

This is all the ingredients are ready, the next step is to fry

Because there is no non-stick pan, I used a simple pan for cooking. Heat the peanut oil in the pot, then add the stirred ingredients.

Follow the steps above to fry everything and put it on the plate, because they are all eaten by themselves, so I didn’t display it much, and I added a poached egg for my husband to eat.
Tips:
It’s purely a personal hobby, just make it if you want to eat, because I’m a mother who cooks with her baby at home and does business with us.
