Scallion Lard Noodles

Pick the shallots and coriander and wash them.

Put chopped green onion, lard, oyster sauce, and a few drops of sesame oil into a bowl.

The noodles are boiled and cooked.

Spoon the noodles into the bowl
5.
Pour the soup of boiled noodles and put the marinated egg on it. Oyster sauce is relatively salty, so there is basically no need to add salt.
