Scallion Noodles

Put more oil in the pan and add the chopped green onions to fry on low heat.

Fry until the scallions are browned and set aside.

Add soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and oyster sauce to the oil and cook until frothy and turn off the heat.
4.
Add sugar and cook until frothy and turn off the heat.
5.
The cut noodles are cooked.
6.
Put the noodles on the plate, add the fried shallot oil and stir well.
7.
Add the fried shallots.
