Scallion Noodles

Add a lot of water to the wok, boil, and add a little salt

Add noodles

After it’s cooked, take it out and pass it over with cold water, set aside

Wash the green onions, and remove the unusable parts of the tail and head

Cut long pieces with scissors

Add 100ml of edible oil to the wok and heat to 50% heat

Pour the green onions and stir-fry slowly

Stir-fry until you can smell the scent of green onions, and the green onions are starting to turn yellow and a little burnt, and you can get them out

Turn off the heat and pour the noodles into the scallion oil

Use two pairs of chopsticks, insert a pair of chopsticks into the noodles in each hand, and mix the noodles and scallion oil evenly

Take a small bowl, add proper amount of June fresh special grade soy sauce, salt, chicken essence, add proper amount of cold boiled water to mix evenly

When eating, take a suitable amount of cold noodles mixed with scallion oil, and a suitable amount of sauce, mix together and you can eat
Tips:
When boiling the scallion oil, be sure to simmer it slowly, otherwise the scallion will burn off after a while
