Scallion Oil Jellyfish Head

Soak the jellyfish head overnight, wash and slice.

Boil the water in the pot and remove the jellyfish head.
3.
Saute the chopped green onions in a pot and turn off the heat to cool.

Put in the jellyfish head.
5.
Pour in Maggi umami sauce.
6.
Pour in Maggi umami sauce.
7.
Add sugar.
8.
Cook in balsamic vinegar.
9.
Pour in sesame oil and mix well.

People with deficiency of spleen and stomach should eat with caution.
