Salad Jellyfish Head

Rinse the jellyfish with running water.

Slice the lemon, peel the garlic and pat. Cut green and red peppers into diamond-shaped pieces.

Mix the vinegar, light soy sauce, sugar, salt, sesame oil, and mustard. Put lemon slices, garlic, and chili in the juice and soak for a while.

Pour the sauce on the jellyfish skin, sprinkle a little sesame seeds, and serve.
Tips:
