Scallion Oil Mussels

Wash the mussels directly in the pot and cook without adding water

After the mussels are boiled on high heat, turn off the heat. The white soup at the bottom of the pot is the water from the cooking of the mussels.

Mince the green onion, ginger, red pepper and put it in a bowl.

Tips:
1. When cooking mussels, you don't need to add water and cook them directly, which can preserve the freshness of mussels to the greatest extent;
