Everyone knows that it’s better to eat more miscellaneous grains. Among all kinds of miscellaneous grains, barley has outstanding nutritional value and is known as the "king of grasses in the world"; in Europe, it is called the "grass of life and health"; in Japan, Recently it has been listed as an anti-cancer food, so its value has doubled. Barley has the characteristics of being easily digested and absorbed. Whether it is used for nourishment or medical treatment, its effect is very gentle.
Barley has good nutrition, but the taste is really lacking. In order to let my family accept it, I thought of a good way to make barley into scallion pancakes. The taste is really unexpectedly good. My family members are full of praise.

Scallion Pancakes

1. Ingredients are ready

2. Soak the barley for about 3 hours after cleaning

3. Use a soymilk machine to make barley milk

4. After the barley syrup is cooled, add the flour in portions to form a dough, soak for ten minutes and then knead again, the dough becomes smoother

5. Divide the dough into two doses and use a rolling pin to roll into round slices

6. Spread oil on the dough, sprinkle with sesame seeds, chopped green onion, and salt

7. Cut into nine square grids, start from the middle one, and stack up

8. Roll out into a circle again

9. Brush the electric baking pan and put the dough in the dough

10. Cover the lid and burn it until both sides turn yellow

Tips:

1. Spread a thin layer of oil evenly on the dough, and then sprinkle the sauce on the back.
2. Don't take too long if you want to eat softer ones. Fry for a little longer, and the texture of the cake will be crispy and green onion. Choose according to your preference.
