Scallion Pomfret

First wash the fish with a knife, sprinkle a little salt on both sides, and marinate for a while to make it more delicious.

Bring the water to a boil first, and then steam it in the pot. The steaming time is determined according to the size of the fish. My fish is about 8 taels, and it has been steamed for 10 minutes.

Prepare shredded ginger, green onion, and carrot while steaming the fish.

After the fish is steamed, put the above three ingredients and appropriate amount of soy sauce, then heat the oil to 8 layers of heat, and evenly pour it on the fish. The pomfret with scallions is ready to serve.
Tips:
The scallion fish is delicious only when it is hot.
