Scallion Pumpkin Cake

Ingredients: 300g pumpkin shreds, 60ml flour, half an egg, 4ml salt, 20g chopped green onion

Wash the pumpkin and rub it into silk

Add salt and mix well

Add flour and mix well

Mix well and set aside

Heat the pan, pour a little oil and spread it evenly

Tips:
The amount of salt can be increased or decreased according to your taste.
After adding salt to the pumpkin, the pie will be easier to shape.
Fry on a medium and small fire to prevent the external coke from growing inside.
The size of the pie can be adjusted as you like.
