This pizza was made to eliminate a small piece of pumpkin and a small bag of mozzarella cheese in the refrigerator! But as soon as the finished product is out, it tastes much better than I expected! Pumpkin is an old pumpkin from my hometown. It smells so good! Everyone will take a look at the photos taken on a rainy day 😊"

Pumpkin Pizza

1. Pour all the main ingredients into the basin and stir well with chopsticks

2. Move to the kneading pad and knead until the dough can stretch

3. After rounding, cover with plastic wrap and ferment for one hour

4. Prove the dough to double its size

5. Cover with plastic wrap and relax for ten minutes after exhausting

6. After relaxing, roll it out and put it on a non-stick baking pan or an eight-inch pizza pan, cover with plastic wrap and relax for 20 minutes

7. After slack, pierce holes with a fork to prevent bulging during baking

8. Brush with corn oil

9. Coated with pizza sauce

10. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese

11. Sprinkle the prepared pumpkin, red pepper and bacon

12. Finally, sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella cheese

13. Put it in the middle layer of the preheated oven at 200°C and bake for 20 minutes.
