Scallion Salad Bread

Put all the ingredients except butter into the inner container of the bread machine. Pay attention to the sugar, salt and yeast powder in the corners. Putting them together will affect the activity of the yeast.

Start the bread machine to start the kneading program, knead the dough to the stage where the coarse film can be pulled out, and then add the softened butter.

Continue to start a kneading process until the dough can be pulled out of a transparent and non-breakable film stage.

After re-rounding the dough, put it in a bread machine for basic fermentation until it is doubled in size. Dip your fingers in the flour and insert them into the dough. After you take out your fingers, the dough does not shrink or collapse.

Take out the fermented dough, lightly press to exhaust, and then divide it into eight equal pieces of dough. After rounding, cover it with plastic wrap or a damp cloth, and let it rest for about 15 minutes.

Turn it over 90 degrees and place it horizontally, thin the bottom edge, and roll it up from top to bottom.

Make all eight small pieces of dough one by one, put them in a non-stick baking pan, and pay attention to leaving room for fermentation.

Put the baking pan in the oven, put a bowl of hot water at the bottom to increase the humidity, and carry out the secondary fermentation, until the surface is lightly pressed and it will slowly rebound.

After the fermentation is complete, brush the surface with a thin layer of whole egg liquid, squeeze the salad dressing, and sprinkle a little chives.

Put the baking tray into the lower layer of the preheated oven, set the temperature of the upper and lower pipes to 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

After baking, take it out, air it to hand temperature and seal it for storage. Pay attention to the coloring of the bread during the last five minutes. If the color is too dark, you need to cover it with tin foil.
