Scallion Sea Cucumber

Wash the soaked sea cucumber

Cut green onion into sections, slice ginger
3.
Add water to the pot, add a few scallions and sliced ginger to a boil over high heat

Take the sea into the blanching water and pick it up

Add 7 grams of sugar to 20 grams of fresh soy sauce and mix well

Boil the scallions in a hot pot with warm oil until browned, then pick up the half of the scallions

Tips:
1. The sea cucumber is already cooked and it is easy to taste, just add it to the sauce.
