Golden Soup Sea Cucumber

Cut the green onion into sections, slice the ginger, steam the pumpkin and make a puree, and set aside the stock.

Wash the broccoli and blanch it for later use.

Put the stock into the pot, add sliced ginger and green onion.

Add the sea cucumber and simmer for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, remove the sea cucumber and scallion ginger together, put the sea cucumber into a bowl, discard the scallion and ginger, and leave the stock in the pot.

Put the pumpkin puree into the broth.

Season with a little salt and oyster sauce.
8.
Add water starch.
9.
Plate.
Tips:
1. Pumpkins are best to use old pumpkins, which taste good and have beautiful colors;
2. The broth is bone broth, egg and so on.
