Scallion Udon

Ingredients: Udon noodles

Chives

lard

Pour some light soy sauce and some lard into a large bowl, set aside.

Unpack the udon noodles, add them to boiling water and stir to boil.

Put it in a bowl and mix well.

Next, pour the mixed udon noodles into a plate and sprinkle with chives.

Then, pour the vegetable oil into the pot and heat it up.

Serve with udon noodles sprinkled with chives.
