Scallions Mixed with Pickles

Shred the pickles, soak them in clean water to your favorite saltiness, wash and squeeze out the water.

Wash and shred the shallots.
3.
Add the very fresh soy sauce.
4.
Add vinegar and mix well.
5.
Serve on a plate.
Tips:
You can also use onions, and peppers are also delicious.
