Scallop and Egg Soup

First, deal with the scallops. Remove the black tail of the scallop meat. Many people say that this part can be eaten and it can nourish the stomach. But looking at the black, I don’t have appetite. I usually remove it. Heat the oil, add the green onion and ginger until fragrant.

Put in the processed scallop meat, pour in an appropriate amount of water, and season with salt.

After the pan is boiled on a high fire, knock the egg into a small mouth and throw the egg liquid into the pan.
