Scallop and Winter Melon Soup

Prepare winter melon and scallops

Prepare chopped green onion, cooking wine and shredded ginger

Rinse the scallops first, pour in the rice wine and half of the ginger

Peel the winter melon and cut into thin slices

Steam the scallops in water for 20 minutes

Put the winter melon in boiling water, blanch it, and pick it up

Pour water into the pot and add the steamed scallops and the remaining shredded ginger

Cover the high heat and bring it to a boil, then turn to a low heat to boil the salty flavor, then pour the winter melon

Turn to high heat for a while and try the taste first, then add salt to taste
