Scallop Fans

Prepare the ingredients you have. Wash the scallops, soak the vermicelli in cold water to soften it, and then blanch it with boiling water.

Chop the garlic and stir-fry and put it on the vermicelli

Plate the vermicelli in the scallop.

Add the seasoning to the sauce and pour it on the vermicelli. Boil the water and steam for eight minutes, take it out

Heat some hot oil in a pot and pour it on top and serve.

Add chives and minced red pepper to make it look more beautiful.
