All year round, Cantonese people like to drink soup, but many ingredients are hard to find. Therefore, the seasonal ingredients are the first choice for the general family to cook the soup. First, it is convenient and fresh to choose the ingredients, and second is the seasonal ingredients. It really tastes better than those that are refrigerated with preservation technology and sold all year round. Zucchini is a vegetable grown in summer. It has a sweet taste and a soft texture. With the addition of ribs and seafood scallops in the soup, the three complement each other and complement each other, so delicious~~~~

Tips:

The ribs I bought were chilled. It is recommended to blanch them in boiling water and rinse them before boiling the soup. I bought fresh pork ribs without the slightest taste, so I washed them and put them in the soup directly. Cut the zucchini as much as possible, so that after the soup is boiled, you can still eat the whole zucchini. It should be soaked for a while in advance. If there is no scallop, it tastes good to replace dried oysters or dried mussels (also a kind of dried seafood).
