Scallop Ribs and Gourd Soup

Ingredients: chopped pork ribs, scallops, zucchini

Clean the scallops, use a bowl to add some warm water to soak them, tear it apart, don’t pour the water that has been soaked in the scallops, add them to the soup pot and make the soup together

Peel the zucchini, wash, and cut into large pieces

Fill the soup pot with 8 bowls of water, clean the pork ribs and put them in the soup pot, add the scallops and the water for soaking the scallops, and pour into the cut zucchini

Cover the pot and boil on high heat, then turn to medium heat and cook for about 2 hours

Mix in salt and chicken powder and stir evenly to drink
Tips:
The ribs I bought were chilled. It is recommended to blanch them in boiling water and rinse them before boiling the soup. I bought fresh pork ribs without the slightest taste, so I washed them and put them in the soup directly. Cut the zucchini as much as possible, so that after the soup is boiled, you can still eat the whole zucchini. It should be soaked for a while in advance. If there is no scallop, it tastes good to replace dried oysters or dried mussels (also a kind of dried seafood).
