Scallop Ribs and Gourd Soup
1.
Ingredients: chopped pork ribs, scallops, zucchini.
2.
Clean the scallops, use a bowl to add some warm water to soak them, tear them apart, don’t pour the water that has soaked the scallops. Add it to the soup pot and make the soup together.
3.
Peel the zucchini, wash, and cut into large pieces.
4.
Fill the soup pot with 8 bowls of water, clean the pork ribs and put them in the soup pot, add the scallops and the water for soaking the scallops, and pour the cut zucchini.
5.
Cover the pot and bring it to a boil on high heat, then turn it to a medium heat and cook for about 2 hours.
6.
Add salt and chicken powder and stir evenly before drinking.
Tips:
If the ribs you bought are chilled, it is recommended to blanch them in boiling water and rinse them before boiling the soup. I bought fresh pork ribs without the slightest smell, so I washed them and put them in the soup. Cut the zucchini in larger pieces as much as possible so that you can eat the whole zucchini after the soup is boiled. The scallops are dry goods and need to be soaked in advance. If there is no scallop, it tastes good to replace dried oysters or dried mussels (also a kind of dried seafood).
