Scallops Steamed with Wine

First rinse the scallops with water, take a large bowl, and put the scallops in.

Then pour rice wine in a large bowl.

Then shred the ginger and cover the surface of the scallop.

Prepare a steamer, add an appropriate amount of water to the bottom, and put the large bowl of scallops in the steamer.

Cover the lid and heat it up. When steam appears, continue to steam for 5 minutes.

Open the lid and remove the obvious ginger on the surface, and our scallops are ready to be served.
Tips:
1. If the surface of the scallop is dirty, it must be treated with a small brush.
2. The scallop is a seafood, it has a salty taste, plus steaming, there is no contact with water, so don't sprinkle salt, the salty taste is enough.
