Scandinavian Salmon Soup

Put a little olive oil and fry the chopped onions

The onion becomes transparent, put in the peeled and cut potatoes, add appropriate amount of salt and pepper, and fry for a minute or two

Add water until the potatoes are submerged in the water

Cover the pot and cook until the potatoes are almost cooked

Put in the diced salmon
6.
Pour milk or cream and continue to cook until the salmon is cooked
7.
The salmon is almost cooked, add dill leaves and continue to cook for two or three minutes.
