Japanese-style improved scones, simple and crude, easy to use, will not fail, good things to share

Ingredients

Scones

1. Sweet potato 250g-300g

2. Peel and cut into small pieces

3. Wrap with plastic wrap and microwave for 600w 5 minutes and press it into puree for later use

4. Unsalted butter 50g

5. 150g cake flour and butter softened at room temperature, knead well by hand

6. Add 1 egg and knead by hand

7. Knead until smooth dough

8. Press the cake paper into a circle with a thickness of about 2cm and cut into equal parts

9. Separately on the baking tray, brush the surface with a layer of maple syrup or honey, and sprinkle some black sesame

10. Put the oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes
