I have always wanted to make this dish when I saw it in food magazines. I searched some methods on the Internet, compared it, and adjusted it according to my own taste. A copycat version of Scotch eggs is out! "

Scotch Egg

1. Main ingredients: beef filling, quail eggs, onions, bread crumbs, starch, eggs

2. Dice the onion.
