Scrambled Eggs with Beans and Chee Cheong Fun

Cut the chee cheong fun into sections first, and then steam it in a pot over water until transparent

Wash the beans and chopped green onion, cut into small pieces

Beat the eggs into a bowl, stir and sprinkle with chopped green onion, then heat up the frying pan to scramble the eggs (you don't need to fry them too cooked), set aside.

In another oil pan, stir-fry the beans until they are broken, then pour in the eggs, continue to fry until the eggs are scattered, add salt and continue to fry for two minutes, then turn to low heat to avoid frying

Then pour in chee cheong fun and continue to stir-fry for two minutes, add appropriate amount of soy sauce to color!

Tips:
I tried to stir-fry the beans for the first time, so I was afraid that I would not fry them well, so I fry for a little bit longer, the color is a bit dark, but the taste is what I like.
