Three Fresh Boiled Hor Fun

Prepare the ingredients, pork, pig vermicelli, pork liver, wash and cut into small pieces, remove the roots of bean sprouts, wash, coriander, green onions, and chop.

Add two bowls of bone soup and a spoonful of cooking oil to the soup pot and bring it to a boil.

Add all the meat and bring to a boil.

Add mung bean sprouts and cook until the bean sprouts become soft.

Add the pho and bring to a boil.

Add salt, soy sauce, pepper, and chicken essence to taste.

Add chopped green onion and chopped coriander before serving.
Tips:
Don't cook the pho for too long, otherwise it will not taste good if it is boiled.
There is no bone broth and water is fine.
