Scrambled Eggs with Hot Pepper

1. Ingredients: one green and red hot pepper.

2. Ingredients: 2 eggs, 1 tablespoon of oil consumption, edible oil, white rice vinegar, cooking wine, a few grains of garlic.

3. Shred the green and red peppers.

4. Add a little cooking wine to beat the eggs, so that the fried eggs are soft.

5. Preheat the pan, add the egg mixture and stir fry.

6. Pour out the scrambled eggs and set aside.

7. Add oil to the pan, add garlic granules and sauté until fragrant, add green and red peppers and stir-fry evenly.

8. Pour in half a tablespoon of white rice vinegar and stir fry evenly (I didn’t add ordinary vinegar for the sake of the color of the dishes).

9. Stir-fry the chili until it is soft, add 1 tablespoon of oil and stir quickly evenly.

10. Add the eggs and stir evenly out of the pan.
