Stir-fry with Colorful Mushrooms

Ingredients: 150g Pleurotus eryngii, 150g Shiitake, 150g Agaricus bisporus

Wash all kinds of mushrooms and cut them into slices

Cut green peppers, red peppers, yellow peppers, and carrots into slices

Cut garlic into minced garlic
