Scrambled Eggs with Onion and Dried Vegetables

Remove the seeds of the green pepper and cut into rings, shred the onion, and rinse the dried radish with cold water. Try the saltiness. If it is salty, reduce or omit the amount of salt used when frying the vegetables. Beat the eggs and add 1/3 tsp of pepper. , 1 tbsp of vegetable oil, 1//4 tsp of refined salt, 1/2 tbsp of brandy, then beat evenly and set aside;

Put the dried radish in the pot and stir fragrant;

Add about 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, add shredded onion and green pepper rings, several times;

On medium-high heat, flatten the ingredients in the pot and pour the egg liquid evenly;

Bake for a while, wait for the bottom of the egg to solidify, slide the whole egg out of another dish to turn it over;

Tips:
1. The dried radish has to be stir-fried and then added to the dish to bring out its fragrance;
2. To make the egg slippery and loose, add proper amount of oil and wine to the egg liquid, which is fragrant and soft.
