Scrambled Eggs with Rutabaga

Ingredients: two kohlrabi; two eggs; one red pepper; 60 grams of peanut oil; 3 grams of salt; 10 grams of oyster sauce; 10 grams of cooking wine.

First peel off the skin of the root of the rutabaga and cut into thin slices; remove the stems of the red pepper, wash and cut into small pieces.

Knock the egg into a bowl, add chili and cooking wine to beat.

Leave the oil in the bottom of the pot and stir-fry the rutabaga until soft.
