1.
Soak rutabaga and tomatoes in light salt water for 10 minutes, then wash, peel and wash potatoes.
2.
Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot, boil the water, add the rutabagas and blanch them. When the color turns green, remove the cold water and set aside.
3.
Use a knife to make a cross flower on the surface of the tomatoes, add an appropriate amount of water to the pot, add the tomatoes to the boil, and peel them, or you don’t need to peel them.
4.
Cut the blanched tomatoes into strips, slice the potatoes into strips, shred the rutabagas, peel the green onions, wash and chop them.
5.
Add the right amount of oil to the wok, sauté the chopped green onion, add the tomatoes and stir fry to get a rich soup.
6.
Add shredded kohlrabi and potato chips and stir fry.
7.
Add appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil on high heat, and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes on low heat. If you like to drink soup, you can add a little more water. If you put more tomatoes, the color of the soup will be very rich.
8.
Add salt, sugar, pepper, and mushroom powder to taste. If the soup is not strong enough, you can add some tomato sauce to taste. I didn't add tomato sauce, I like the original flavor, it's very delicious.
9.
When out of the pot, sprinkle with coriander to taste better, and add some sesame oil if you like. I often drink this soup at home. I have to make a little bit more each time.
