It’s cold and the air is dry, so I can stew this soup for my family and cook it warmly. The elderly and children love it. It is sweet and sour and refreshing. Appetizer. It is most suitable for autumn and winter. The stomach is digestible without burden, and it can also produce body fluid to quench thirst. To moisten the lungs and remove dryness, my family cooks a pot every three days, and every time I bring it to the table, there is no soup left.

7. Add appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil on high heat, and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes on low heat. If you like to drink soup, you can add a little more water. If you put more tomatoes, the color of the soup will be very rich.

8. Add salt, sugar, pepper, and mushroom powder to taste. If the soup is not strong enough, you can add some tomato sauce to taste. I didn't add tomato sauce, I like the original flavor, it's very delicious.

9. When out of the pot, sprinkle with coriander to taste better, and add some sesame oil if you like. I often drink this soup at home. I have to make a little bit more each time.
