Scrambled Eggs with Spinach

Wash the spinach (a friend, I sent some freshly unearthed spinach from my own house).

Cut the spinach roots, prepare eggs and chopped green onion and ginger.

Beat the eggs into a bowl and stir.

Fry the chopped green onion and ginger in a pot with oil, pour in fresh spinach and stir fry.

When the spinach is cut and soft, pour the whole chicken liquid (in this way, the egg liquid can be fully combined with the spinach, which is super nutritious).
6.
Add table salt (only salt is added in the whole process to fully extract the fragrance of spinach).
7.
When the egg mixture is completely fused with the spinach, turn off the heat and serve.
