Scrambled Eggs with Tomatoes

Prepare ingredients: tomatoes, eggs, coriander. (I used double yolk eggs, one is enough)

Beat the eggs
3.
Diced tomatoes
4.
Use the peeled tomato skins to form flowers and save them for decoration.
5.
When the oil is hot, fry the eggs first and serve them for later use.
6.
Fry the tomatoes to get the tomato juice
7.
Pour in the scrambled eggs, add salt and sugar to taste
8.
After stir-frying, it can be served on a plate
Tips:
1. Stir-fry tomatoes with tomato juice first, it will be more delicious.
2. If you like sweet and sour taste, you can put some vinegar in it for a special flavor.
3. Sprinkle some chopped coriander on top of the finished product and look great.
