Sea Cabbage Soup

Soak the sea cabbage in cold water and wash it off.

Wash coriander and ginger and chop finely.
3.
Chop the sea cabbage.
4.
Put oil in a pot, heat it up, add coriander stalks, and ginger until fragrant.
5.
Put in water (bone soup is better) and bring to a boil.
6.
Then add sea cabbage, bring to a boil, add salt and chicken essence.
7.
Finally, add coriander leaves.
Tips:
If you don't eat coriander, you can put green onions.
