Winter Melon Haibai Soup

Soak Haibai in light salt water again, then brush the shell clean

Remove the seeds of the winter melon, brush the skin and cut into pieces; chop the ginger and mince the green onion

Add 1,300 ml of water to the pot, and put the sea white into it when it is about to bubbling

Boil the sea white until all the shells are opened, turn off the heat, remove the sea white, put it on a plate, and pour the soup in the pot into the soup basin. Pour out a small amount of soup at the bottom of the pot because there will be some fine sand in it.

Pour the soup in the plate, add winter melon and cook for a while

Add sea white and ginger and cook until the winter melon is cooked

Add some salt, oil, and pepper to taste, and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
