Sea Cabbage

Soak the bought sea cabbage for five hours, wash and cut it into strips. Put it in boiling water and cook for two minutes.

Make chili oil: Put two spoons of chili noodles in a bowl, pour oil into the pot to heat, pour the hot oil into the chili and stir evenly, then add garlic and continue to stir, and finally drop a few drops of sesame oil.

Pour the prepared chili oil into the sea cabbage, add half a spoon of oil, MSG, vinegar, pickled peppers and chopped green onion and mix well.
