Three Silk Salad

I bought dried sea cabbage.

Soak sea cabbage in clean water for 2 hours and wash.

Then prepare carrots, lettuce, ginger, garlic, and millet spicy.

Boil the sea cabbage in a pot under cold water for 5 minutes and remove it.

After removing the sea cabbage, soak it in a cold boiled boil for 5 minutes.

Shred lettuce and carrots; chop ginger, garlic, and millet into fine pieces.

Mix sea cabbage shreds, lettuce shreds, and carrot shreds. Add an appropriate amount of salt and mix well. After marinating for 5 minutes, discard the brine.

Prepared the necessary seasonings, I prepared oily pepper, soy sauce, vinegar, pepper oil, sesame oil, chicken essence, and salt.

Mix the seasoning from the previous step with minced ginger, minced garlic, and minced millet to make a sauce and let it sit for a few minutes.

Squeeze out the shredded vegetables in the brine, pour the seasoning, sprinkle with chopped green onions, and serve.
Tips:
There must be no fewer steps to process sea cabbage, otherwise it will not taste good.
