Sea Catfish Stewed Tofu

The seasoning is ready.

Wash the sea catfish and clean the gills and belly.

Wash the tofu and cut into small cubes.

In a frying pan, add the green onion, ginger, garlic, pepper, star anise, green pepper, saute, add the fish and stir fry.
