Sea Cucumber

Dried sea cucumber.

Rinse the dried sea cucumbers with water, put them in a clean oil-free and salt-free tank, pour plenty of ice and pure water in the refrigerator for soaking.

This is the sea cucumber that has been sent for 12 hours. Change the water and continue to soak in the refrigerator.

After soaking for 1 day, change the water and continue to soak in the refrigerator.

After changing the blisters for three days, the soaked sea cucumbers became larger and the surface softened. Take out the sea cucumbers and cut the ends of the abdomen with scissors, remove the intestines and sand mouths, and clean them. There are four longitudinal internal tendons on the abdominal wall of sea cucumbers, which are very nutritious and do not need to be removed.
