Sea Cucumber Millet Congee

To prepare the ingredients, the sea cucumbers I use are individually packaged instant sea cucumbers

Wash the millet, add an appropriate amount of boiling water to a boil, then reduce the heat to a boil for about 30 minutes

Add sea cucumber and goji berries to the porridge, soft and glutinous, and cook for 3 minutes.

Serve in a bowl
Tips:
*If you don’t use the smart rice cooker to cook the porridge automatically, remember to keep stirring when the porridge starts to thicken, otherwise it will become muddy
*If you like to eat salty mouth, you can add an appropriate amount of salt before serving
