Sea Cucumber Salad

Bring the sliced ginger and water to a boil, then put the sea cucumbers in, blanch for 38 seconds, remove and drain.

Mince the garlic, put olive oil in the pan. After the oil is hot, add the garlic and fry until golden brown, filter out the oil and set aside.

Cut the cold sea cucumber into a plate, pour a spoonful of garlic oil, add an appropriate amount of garlic chili sauce, and mix well.
