Sea Oyster Seaweed Crisp

Cut seaweed into fine pieces and moisten with Maggi Fresh Soy Sauce

Boil the sea oysters for 10 seconds, pick up and drain, marinate with pepper, salt and thirteen spices

Then add the fried chicken powder (you can also use fried powder or flour), seaweed, eggs, green onions, celery, leeks

After mixing everything thoroughly, use a ball spoon to pull in a little bit to fry
5.
The oil temperature should not be too high, it can be re-fried.
