Sea Squash Winter Melon

1. Ingredients: winter melon, sea snake

2. Remove the sea snake head and viscera to wash it, set aside.

3. Remove the seeds and skin of the winter melon and wash it.

4. Cut into slices on the chopping board.

5. Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the cut winter melon and stir fry.
